I am a student affairs professional, working as Director of Academic Advising at Ivy Tech Community College - Marion and pursuing an Ed.D. in Higher Education from Ball State University. My education and work experience include both two-year and four-year institutions, public and private. Combining my credentials in student affairs administration and teacher education, I am on a career-long endeavor to improve persistence and success among community college students. My experiences with classroom instruction, database management, and student development form a holistic perspective on the student experience that motivates my passion for data-driven, equity-minded, and student-focused decision making.
